HELLO!

I’m Casey, a NYC-based photographer and high-end retoucher with a bold, narrative-driven style. 

My work in fashion, music and portraiture leans into audacious, unapologetic, and daring use of color, design, and dynamic movement to capture genuine emotion and create vibrant, cinematic moments. Every image is photographed and meticulously retouched by me, allowing each project to maintain a cohesive visual language from capture through final delivery.

After 16 years controlling every detail in a studio, I found a new creative challenge in live music photography.  Trading control for instinct has reinvigorated my work, sharpening my sense of timing and adaptability while connecting me with a community built around the music I love.  It’s also brought me closer to the kinds of artists I've always wanted to collaborate with, revealing how naturally my experience in fashion and portraiture translates into creating distinctive visual worlds for musicians.

Earlier in my career, I had the privilege of teaching photography workshops for Girls for Gender Equity and the New York Public Library.  Helping young people find confidence and agency through image-making remains one of the most meaningful experiences of my career and continues to shape the way I approach collaboration.

I also spent several years documenting youth-led advocacy, educational programs, and community initiatives for a social justice nonprofit.  Witnessing those moments firsthand reinforced my belief that photography can preserve not only what happened, but why it mattered.
